| It is a complete scam. Spent $290 and never received even a reply from any of my inquiries. Phone number is also out of service. Been waiting since mid September and just gave up and ordered from another provider that was able to deliver in less than a week.

| It is quick and easy. I just hope that the symbols are hash tags and not stars. My sons best friend passed away unexpectedly and him and his friends are looking forward to getting these wristbands.

| I just received an order of custom ball caps. The quality is horrendous which have rendered the product useless. I will update this review once the company has decided how to remedy the situation.
UPDATE: After sharing my grievances with DiscountMugs, they were able to apply a full credit toward my purchase. I am very satisfied with the company and hope to do more business with them in the near future... |

| Utterly disappointed by the product that was just shipped ahead of a Woman's Conference. The engraved lettering on each bracelet is nearly impossible to see, and the bags I ordered for an additional charge are NOT what they showed when I ordered. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE. |

| The bracelets look wonderful and they are very durable. They are a hot giveaway item at our events! I love the colors (blue and black swirl) but I chose not to put any color into the words and they don not stand out very well. In perfect sunlight, they are very readable but the words basically disappear otherwise. I will order again but I will put color in the words next time. |
