| Exactly what I was looking for. Although the font choices were hard to read on a cell phone. The wristbands arrived five days before the scheduled arrival date and they were everything I wanted them to be. We ordered these to help bring awareness to a charity that fights so hard to help others.

| We had a good first experience with Wristband Express. Our only disappointment was that we ordered a Grab Bag which we figured would be all the same colour but with different patterns but this was not the case. We now know to order single colours in the future. Product was great and exactly what we needed at an affordable price.

| They have a nice website and competitive prices. Plus a really good selection. However, I ordered my wristbands well over two weeks ago and I have yet to see them. My order was almost $200, and when I check my order history, it says they are still in production.
I think the part that is troubling me is the lack of communication on their end. Most Internet promo companies (I have ordered from 24hour Wristbands and Discount Mugs) send you an insane amount of emails every step of the way, especially ones that say "your order has shipped!" I have not received any emails from Amazing Wristbands since they asked me to approve my proof. I even emailed them and got no response, and when I called them, all I got was "yeah, your order's shipped," and *click* they hung up on me!
Hopefully I can update this review with a more positive update when I get my wristbands......IF I get my wristbands.

| I placed the order with ADVANCE ID and paid one month prior to our event. The rep placed shipped my order 1 week before the event and I did not receive my wristbands in time. This is after their rep promised that I would receive them in time for our bike ride. THEY REFUSED to give us a refund and their phone number mysteriously does not work. BAD BUSINESS IN MY OPINION. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

The bands were for a close friend's father and not only did they provide excellent customer service by providing me with the projected cost, but they allowed me to place the order immediately over the phone, which was most helpful. Additionally, they shipped and delivered the bands in a tight turn-around, without charging us an arm-and-a-leg.
