| I was concerned about the process ordering my bands for my hike fitness group but receiving my package . I am very pleased and excited with what I received exactly as what I selected to be detailed on the bands now I have other colleagues asking where I got the bands done which I definitely will be recommending all the way from Trinidad & Tobago about a great service. |

| Ordered wristbands for our third-grade students. Ordered youth size. The band quality is great and the colors/print is exactly what I wanted but the size is really small. I am not sure that these will fit all the kids. I guess I should have ordered some adult for the bigger kids. Third graders are 8 - 10 years old, so I really thought youth would be the right size. |

| The entire process was fairly easy and I received my order earlier than planned. I ordered navy blue bracelets and I thought they would be darker than they actually are. That is really my only issue. They turned out great. |

| I have created multiple plastic wristbands with rapid and have always received exactly what I designed. They have great colors, stock art, and let me put custom art a few times. I did get a shipment with a color that was off and they corrected it and sent me a new batch. Great customer service and correspondence! |

| I ordered on April 5 and paid for overnight delivery. Today is April 16 and have not received order. I tried to cancel and get refund and they state PPE product are not returnable. My argument is I have not received them to return them. I have since ordered from Groupons and have received same items and much cheaper. Fraud Company |

| A week after the order was placed and my card run the same day, and receiving an email saying it had been shipped, and two days past the promised delivery date the Fedex Tracking still does not show a delivery date, but shows it as Pending. A call to the company, discovered that the item was not in fact shipped yet and when I said I had be disputing the order and wanted to speak to a manager, the heavily accented person hung up. I called the card company and put in a dispute and asked for a reversal of the charge. I hope you are reading this before ordering and not after. Eric K |

wristbands for a free medical/dental event for the volunteers. we got the wristbands but no large which is what we needed the most. Tried to get the large sent to us or a refund - no word from the company. I would never use this company again.
