| Despite the fact that my text was messed up the first time, the response from customer support was fast, fixed my problem, rushed out a new set, and even allowed me to make some design changes at no cost or hassle (didn't even ask me to send them back). I do really wish the proofs were a 3D image so I could have gotten a better idea of what it would look like, and avoided needing to make those design changes, but its fine. | Other than I feel that the dove clipart could have been a little bolder or a larger font so that you can see it better, I can honestly say I was given Great Service, Great Communication and Very Fast shipping. Keep up the Great Work and I will recommend you to others! |

| I love my wristbands for my new online cookie company. The colors are beautiful and the print looks just like it does on the preview. They came really quick and I also paid to have them in the plastic packages which I thought I had to do, but when I opened the bag they were already packaged and ready to go. | Hey Vinny here just wanted to say I needed a few wristbands for me and some friends for some graduation memorabilia. I made a football appreciation wristband design from my school and requested a specific customization option that wasnot available at the time and got exactly what I wanted. Someone actually took the time to meet my specifications! |

The prices were competitive and the ability to view the targeted delivery date was very helpful. | I was very apprehensive about ordering for the first time. However, I proceeded to place an order for my son/nephews funeral but I was very worried about receiving them in a timely manner. | Wristbands were high quality and arrived on time. I paid for express shipping. Only problem was that I was not there to sign (did not realize I needed to be) and so UPS was not going to deliver again until Monday. Luckily I talked them into a Saturday morning delivery. But that almost ruined my event. If company wants to have a signing requirement that should be made into an option at check out to both give me a choice and to make it more apparent. |

| I have used wrist-band.com several times over the years. They always go above and beyond to make sure I have exactly what I want and when I need it by. I have had to order wristbands for an event last minute and they make them the next day and ship them. I always get them on time. This company makes it personal when you have a question or need an adjustment in your order. |

| I ordered my bands for the roll out of an introduction of a ministry. I was disappointed when I realized they wouldnot arrive until after the roll out! BUT to my surprise, they actually arrived the day before!!! I was sooooooooooo excited! Everyone loved them. The material, the size, the ability to make out the logos was awesome! I do plan to order more! |

| I ordered my wristbands on the 21st of Novemband I got them on the 27th. The colour was beautiful, even though a part of my logo was missing. I understand though because of how the logo was designed. I absolutely love my wristbands and my customers love them even more. I will be ordering more soon. |
