| We ordered 400 wristbands (at $300) a few months ago to promote our band. We give them out at shows. They looked great when we got them but at least 6 people have come back to us so far to show that the print had completely worn off the wristband. I submitted a complaint to the company and sent visual proof. They told me it was too late to process a claim and offered me a 10% store credit on next purchase. We will never use this company again for our marketing needs. Members of the band are still wearing wristbands from a different company we purchased from almost 2 years ago and the print is still on them! I hope this message reaches many people before they spend $300 on a worthless product. It's like giving out a business card that fades in 3 months. Disgusted. |

| I ordered wristbands from this place at the end of May. It is almost the end of June and I have not received my order or a status update. I have paid, called and left messages and no return anything. I’m not sure why it what happened, but there is no communication or no person to speak with about this order. I am highly disappointed because I needed this item asap. |

| I purchased the blank DIY wristbands and they were delivered quickly and worked as expected. The only things I would mention is to keep in mind the overlap when planning your logo or design for the bands and don't try to print too many at once. They will melt if the fuser in your printer gets too hot. |

| The customer service is pretty bad.
They sent the wrong item and the wrong amount. It took me continuing to call and email over and over and finally I got someone in the phone and she had an attitude like I was to blame.
I still haven’t received the shipping label to return the wrong items. I’m sure I’ll be on the phone again today trying to that shipping label.
I just ordered from a a different company to get the correct items that we need.
I would not order from this company again…

| We purchased personalized Amazing Wristbands for our team of VIVs (Very Important Volunteers) to wear and to hand-out at volunteer events. They were a rugged rubber with durable imprinting.
