| I decided to be brave and order from them after reading all of these horrible reviews. After finding promo codes I ordered 25 Custom Premium Foam Collapsible Coolies for $44 total. Being so cheap I figured I'd give it a shot. I had a few months before I actually needed the coolies so even if they were delayed I assumed I ha
d get them on time I ordered. August 2 and received them August 15. Not to shabby! The color is definitely a little different than what I selected but I do not care all that much. They are also pretty cheap feeling and I am not entirely sure that they will keep my drink cold but for the price and what I needed them for they are good.

| Happy to say that the owner emailed and I was given a full refund. Unfortunately it was not available for the event. Next year I will have to look at another company because trusting that my order will be filled in a timely matter is still a risk for me.

Got 300 rainbow segmented bracelets for a memorial. The "front" text appears on the lighter end of the Rainbow, the "back" text on the darker end. This looks fine. I chose to have some of the text embossed on the inside of the bracelet. The inside embossing is placed on the inside "back." Because the embossing is on the darker part of the rainbow and the inside is shiney it is very difficult to read, so that's a bummer.
A bracelet here and there in the bunch has defects.
Other than that, great product. |

| I ordered my wristbands on the 21st of Novemband I got them on the 27th. The colour was beautiful, even though a part of my logo was missing. I understand though because of how the logo was designed. I absolutely love my wristbands and my customers love them even more. I will be ordering more soon. |

| I really love my wrist-bands! And the deal of buy 100 bands get 100 free! ???? I’m actually probably going to be ordering more in the next week or so, and I will more than likely be ordering another 200-300 more. I am doing this to have people be aware of my epilepsy (seizures) and ask for their love and support in any way possible. The only thing that I gotta do is make the wrist-bands a little bit larger next time I order them. Because this order some of my friends and family couldn’t fit the bands around their hands to go onto their wrists. But otherwise love these bands! |

| I am very happy with the wrist bands I ordered. Mark helped me get exactly what I hoped for. I knew the final product would be great because of the personal service. Mark was able to do a minor tweak so the writing on the wrist bands showed up better. Being able to communicate with a real person made all the difference. |
