| Ive ordered 4 or 5 times now...been good and fast. The lack of 5 stars is that the last shipment I received some of the bands werent as good of quality...like stretch marks in the rubber.

| The bracelets we ordered were just like they were supposed to be. Colors are great! Very durable I have had some of my bracelets from here for a couple of years. We order new colors every year and love them.

| I live in the US Virgin Islands and there isn't an option to choose that for my billing address or shipping address. However, you can bill to Puerto Rico which is 15 minutes away from the Virgin Islands and also a US Territory.

| I have reordered from wrist-band over the past few years. The wrist bands are bright, durable, and customizable. I have them imprinted with "star student" messages to give to my students as an incentive. They don't want to take them off and are excited to earn one!

| Process user friendly. The only step I wish was better is the edit option from cart. After clicking edit, you have to re-create instead of being able to edit existing design.

| It is important to call customer service to verify the artwork uploaded because it not interpreted correctly. After several calls the proof was fine and the customer service people were nice and accommodating. Would recommend this company

| We have ordered these for several years, this past time I ordered the font that was used was wrong for some reason (for years, we have always used the same one, so I did not look closely enough at the proof). I called customer service and they immediately re processed the order and sent it out quickly!

| Designing the wristbands on the website is easy. Only one issue that could be improved: When you go back to edit a wristband design, any font resizing that was done doesn't get saved. So, you can't tell if the resizing will remain when you place the order.

| I know it would be difficult name all the colors but the color selection option is a little difficult to find the right color you want. It is very hard to see the color you are picking. Maybe just make the color color tab picture bigger so costumers can see it better. I love my wristbands though!
