| The site has had some glitches and I don't see a save feature when working on banners. The shipping cost does not go down when you choose to have it American made even if your 1 state away. Other than that its easy to use, has good looking graphics, the price is amazing, and quality is great. |

| Order process was VERY easy and prices are good. The bait and switch of "free shipping" on the home page is a little disappointing when you find out it's only for certain items. Turnaround time is pretty remarkable and live chat was helpful and prompt. |

| It was slow getting started, but went smoothly after that. I tried calling twice before completing the order while chatting with Jacky. The person answering the phone calls was unintelligible with mushy and low audio. I simply could not understand them. |

| My fiance and I used Imprint to create koozies for our wedding reception. Customer support was phenomenal when it was discovered that the image we were using on the koozie was not going to turn out the way we were anticipating. Customer support contacted me immediately and we were able to fix the problem. Our koozies turned out AWESOME and better than we expected. Customer support was patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I was never left with unanswered questions and the koozies were delivered right on time. My fiance and I will definitely be using Imprint again!! |
