| Admit One Products has been printing our raffle tickets for the last few years and always do a great job. This year the file we sent didn't produce the quality that we usually expected. Looking at the tickets online we thought they would be fine and we approved them. Upon receiving them, we determined they were not clear enough. Lindsay and the production team at Admit One could not have been more accommodating. Within a week they printed and shipped a new order that was perfect. We would highly recommend Admit One Products. (And give Lindsay a big raise!) |

| The printed wristbands look clean and fresh. Sizing was on point. Shipping was quick and it was an easy process. I am giving three stars because I ordered red and gray wristbands. Many of the wristbands are red with a hint of gray stain here and there. There are few of the wristbands that are truly red and gray throughout as advertised. Not completely upset, but definitely let down. Next time I will order a solid color. |

| I ordered and paid for 600 silicone wristbands from this company because they said they could deliver in time for a fundraising event. Two days later (after they had already taken my money) they first advised that they couldnot deliver the product (from overseas, i.e., China) until 11 days after the fundraising event for which I had ordered them. Now, not only am I not getting my product (in time from them), I have two fewer days to find a replacement supplier and, even if I can get one now, will assuredly have to pay a premium to get my product delivered in time. As the other reviews say, run away. |

| I ordered wristbands for the charity I work with. This was our first order for any kind of merchandise. The order was delivered quickly but the sizes&quantities were incorrect so we had too many in one size. I informed Everything Branded who apologiesd and quickly rectified the error by sending the correct sizes asap, plus allowing us to keep the extras free of charge. In my view, mistakes happen with every company but it's how people react to those mistakes that determines how good the service is, and I think the repsonse was excellent. I have placed further orders and they have arrived in good time and with no problems. The quality is excellent. As our charity grows I hope to place more orders for different types of merchandise. |

| The team at PDC have always been very helpful whenever we have made purchases through them. We would be one of their smaller customers only ordering a few badges for students each year however the team remember us and ensure our needs are met.
Last year we had an issue with one of the products ordered (due to a misunderstanding of the material we were requesting a badge to be made of), the level and speed of service to understand our problem and fix the issue was excellent. We received the replacement product very fast and in time for when we needed to hand out the badges in school. |

| Customer service was amazing. I placed my order for some wristbands and forgot to add the business website to the back portion of the wristband. I reached out via chat to see if they could update my order for me. He stated that he could and was patient with me while insuring that this new order would be correct. I truly appreciate the guy who assisted me. Also my wristbands are beautiful. |
