| It was an amazing price and value. I assumed if I ordered 2 packs, I would've gotten a different color. However, when I ordered 2 sets... It's all of the same color. Would've been nice to receive different colored packs when more than 1 pack is ordered. Will buy again

| A typical day at work was pleasant. No comment about this company. I worked as an HR Assistant and a Payroll assistant learning ADP at that time. Pay increases wasn't that good. |

| I liked the products I received, but there were about 50 out of the 300 that I ordered that weren't the right bracelets!! They said something else like 'Go Bears, Go Ava' or something like that.

| Horrible company. Horrible customer service. My order never arrived. Company refused to assist with tracking the order, would not communicate with Fedex regarding the missing shipment and will not offer me a refund. Avoid this company at all costs!

| I have yet to receive any sort of solution from the company and our event is this Saturday. At this point I just need a refund as it is like they used disappearing ink. Sadly these were a fundraiser for a local hero who has terminal cancer and now we do not have these for the fundraiser on Saturday. No do overs here on this. Pretty disappointing.

| Order was as described! I ordered custom koozies and I received several emails letting me know the status of my order and shipping information. Received my order within reasonable time too! I feel it's best to keep things as simple as possible to get the best product-for the price. The only reason I took off a star was due to the amount of nerves I had the entire time due to the other reviews read.
