| Easy to order. Came one week earlier than guaranteed. Wristband color was hard to negotiate on the computer. It was a lighter blue than expected, but it still looks and feels great. |

| Do not order from this company! They have horrible customer service!!! I placed an order, was told it would take up to 8 weeks to receive it. After two months, I reached out to them because I had not heard anything from them. I was then told that it wasn't humanly possible for them to contact each customer to let them know the orders were backed up. Then I was told it was going to take another 8 weeks or longer to get my order. No apology, just excuses!!!! Horrible service. After going back and forth with them, I decided to request a refund which I happily received a month later! Btw I ordered from another company and received my order within 2 weeks!!!! |

| I placed an order in plenty of time before a fundraiser for the bracelets we needed. Its a month since the expected by delivery date and no order has arrived. I've tried to contact the company through email, their website form, text, and phone call but haven't received a response. There are reviews on their website of others not getting their orders and unable to get a response from their support. However, there are other bad reviews that have been responded to so it's possible they just won't. Don't purchase from them unless you want to waste time and money. I'm very disappointed. |
