| I was very impressed with the entire process. The website to order the product was so easy to use. The price was amazing. The shipping time was perfect, I needed them in 7 days and I got them in 4. One day they were in Japan and the next day they were in Colorado. I definitely recommend this company and thier product. |

| This was my first time ordering from wrist-band.com. I was a little nervous at first not knowing what to expect. After reading some of their reviews, I made the decision to try them. I needed custom wristbands for a church event and I needed them fast. The ordering process was easy and the designing was simple. I recommend a digital proof to make sure you like the design. The bands were perfect! The shipping was right-on! Will use them again for future events, maybe try some other products they offer. |

The inside of the bracelet you cannot read very well no color just raised letters but that is ok the outside of the bracelet was perfect. |

| I buy these wrist-bands as a ministry for my Church. The company has always provided me with a good product at a good price. Delivery has sometimes been several days earlier than scheduled. It's for these reasons that I keep ordering from Wristband.com! |

| Worst company ever. I have tried to cancel my order twice and they say it has been cancelled with no refund. You can hardly hear them on the phone and they are so inattentive. I keep receiving phone calls from an automated service saying there is an issue with the artwork but yet I have canceled my order. Still have no received a refund.
Save yourself from dealing with these frustrating people and this company.

| Paid extra for a specific delivery date and apparently order will arrive 5 days later than expected. I was under the impression the items were in Texas but they ship out of China so delivery date cannot be guaranteed. |

| Follow up to my earlier review. After them holding my bags hostage unless I paid $1000 for "rush" shipping they came back and said they would allow me to pay $700 instead. Because my customer was desperate for her bags for an event we paid the $700 on Monday morning. As they responded to my last review - ground shipping isn't guaranteed, so I needed to pay for rush shipping. So we paid it, the bags shipped that same day (proving that they had been ready, they were just holding onto them to squeeze whatever other money they could out of me) and guess what! THEY SHIPPED THEM UPS GROUND ANYWAY). Absolutely terrible business practices and lied repeatedly. Never will I order from them again.

| I would give them a negative star if possible. I placed an order for custom lanyards with id cards for an event on 9/16. When I placed the order was given an estimated delivery date of 9/12. Today is 9/16, I still have not received the lanyards. I have contacted the company multiple times to inquire about the order and keep receiving the same response...they are in the last stage of production, and I will receive a shipment information email within 24 hours. 24 has passed and I don't receive anything. I called them and was told that they are with the shippers and will have to get back to me on the status. A company that can't even provide an honest response about the status of an order. Don't order from this company. |

| Be careful with these guys. They will not give you your money back. They advertised dispenser that would dispense foam and liquid but it did not and they wouldn't take it back. They are forcing me to cancel my charge with them. There customer service was not helpful. |

| I ordered wristbands for my brother's funeral in the middle of the night. To my surprise I received an email within minutes offering me a free upgrade since these were for a funeral. They did a phenomenal job despite the fact this was a rush job. I got them as they promised. Our family is grateful for all you did to make these wristbands a momento of my beloved brother at his celebration of life ceremony. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! |

| Absolutely no support after an order is shipped. Ordered on Thursday, from the US factory, with Guaranteed Delivery to Mexico on Monday. Paid the rush fee, and the products were never delivered. I ended up leaving Mexico and the products are still in customs, 2 weeks after I placed my order. Still, the 24hourwristbands.com support is going around in circles, playing with words in their terms of service. No word about a refund for the products, rerouting the package to another address, or offering a partial refund based on the rush shipping cost.
I'd totally not recommend it for international shipments. Better work with local vendors. |

| This place has gone down! Seemed unorganized compared to before covid. Parents really do not have anywhere to sit so if it is busy you are out in your car. Managers are to busy hanging out in office instead of being out helping staff to keep things moving and clean. Pretty pricey for 2 hours of jumping! |
