| This was my first time ordering from wrist-band.com. I was a little nervous at first not knowing what to expect. After reading some of their reviews, I made the decision to try them. I needed custom wristbands for a church event and I needed them fast. The ordering process was easy and the designing was simple. I recommend a digital proof to make sure you like the design. The bands were perfect! The shipping was right-on! Will use them again for future events, maybe try some other products they offer. |

| I had an issue last time i ordered and i really hope that this time is better. The price is always good and we did work out the design issues last time but i feel it was a communication and language barrier..

| I checked your site earlier in the day and it said 200 free wristbands with my order when I came back to purchase a bit later, I only received 100. A bit disappointing.

| I had placed an order on June 4 and was told it would ship within a few days. On June 6, I received an email that the product shipped. Today, June 16,2020... the product is still "pending" in China. The credit card has been charged. I was not made aware that this product was coming from China... which of course would cause a delay. I have contacted their sales department, but have not heard back. I am not happy. |

| The process was simple, felt like the price was reasonable (did some shopping around). Delivery took awhile but when they arrived they were just what I expected and wanted.

| It is quick and easy. I just hope that the symbols are hash tags and not stars. My sons best friend passed away unexpectedly and him and his friends are looking forward to getting these wristbands.

| Be careful with these guys. They will not give you your money back. They advertised dispenser that would dispense foam and liquid but it did not and they wouldn't take it back. They are forcing me to cancel my charge with them. There customer service was not helpful. |

| The website was very user friendly and I took advantage of the buy 100 get 100 free deal plus 10% off the order. I prefer to avoid paying shipping but I have to say having the choice of delivery time made the price worth it. Total cost was very reasonable and I received the order when promised.
This was my first order so I wasn't sure how to set my expectations. I purchased the embossed style in orange. The customization options were great and the final product exceeded expectations. I recommend this company and website. |

| The site was easy to navigate. It says I will get a digital preview in so many hours. I hope I do. It also said earlier that I had to pay $10 for it, which I don't want to do, nor should I have to. It's confusing.
