| Quality Control Lacking The product did not have clean edges like my earlier order. The wrist bands were noticeably thinner and less durable. They were frayed between wrist bands - You could see the seam and wristband material was visible. The color was less vibrant than my previous order. | ||

| I ordered 100 wristbands with the words Haiti Reads on them. Ordered over the phone and was quoted one price but then got a callback that I would have to order another color to get the cheaper price. I was shown the color contrast and it looked nice so I ordered. When I got the bands, the writing and the color of the band blend together making he message on the bands I almost impossible to read. I contacted the company and they argued with me telling me I chose the color combination and that they would not redo them. I explained that I did not expect to get such poorly made bands and they wanted prove via photo. I sent them a picture and they told me that I could place another order and they would give me 20 percent off. REALLY !? They want me to give them even more money to fix their poorly made product!!! Sorry! I ordered from another company which was $20 cheaper and had faster shipping. | ||
