| Despite the fact that my text was messed up the first time, the response from customer support was fast, fixed my problem, rushed out a new set, and even allowed me to make some design changes at no cost or hassle (didn't even ask me to send them back). I do really wish the proofs were a 3D image so I could have gotten a better idea of what it would look like, and avoided needing to make those design changes, but its fine. My only real complaint is that I have had to air them out in my garage for two days and they still have a pretty strong petroleum smell, but it is getting better.Despite the fact that my text was messed up the first time, the response from customer support was fast, fixed my problem, rushed out a new set, and even allowed me to make some design changes at no cost or hassle (did not even ask me to send them back). Several years ago I had a custom silicone wrist band made with my husband's daughter's personal handwriting and message engraved into it and he absolutely loved them. He wore/wears them every single day ??. Unfortunately he lost his black one this year on father's day, so I reached out to brandnex for help. I knew they did an amazing job already so I trust them and they even have the original proof with his daughter's handwriting still on file! Tim Johnson and the team at brandnex have gone above and beyond to help me replace the wrist band, and with plenty of backups just in case! ????
