My order was almost $200, and when I check my order history, it says they are still in production. I think the part that is troubling me is the lack of communication on their end. Most Internet promo companies (I have ordered from 24hour Wristbands and Discount Mugs) send you an insane amount of emails every step of the way, especially ones that say "your order has shipped!" I have not received any emails from Amazing Wristbands since they asked me to approve my proof. I even emailed them and got no response, and when I called them, all I got was "yeah, your order's shipped," and *click* they hung up on me! Hopefully I can update this review with a more positive update when I get my wristbands......IF I get my wristbands. | ||

Upon receiving confirmation that my order was in route, within a couple hours of ordering, I realized I misspelled his last name. There was no way I could give those bracelets to his friends and family. I called the company in a panic. I spoke with Lincoln who made it very clear that they are not responsible for customer errors but said he would talk to his manager. He informed me that they would send another 200 bracelets at a discounted rate and that they wouldn't charge me the rush order fee again! He also made it clear that he may not have them to me in the time that I requested. A few hours later I received confirmation that my second order was in route! This situation was clearly my fault and they could have made me pay full price again but they were willing to work with me and I couldn't be more thankful.
