| I would give them a negative star if possible. I placed an order for custom lanyards with id cards for an event on 9/16. When I placed the order was given an estimated delivery date of 9/12. Today is 9/16, I still have not received the lanyards. I have contacted the company multiple times to inquire about the order and keep receiving the same response...they are in the last stage of production, and I will receive a shipment information email within 24 hours. 24 has passed and I don't receive anything. I called them and was told that they are with the shippers and will have to get back to me on the status. A company that can't even provide an honest response about the status of an order. Don't order from this company. | ||

| I am so happy with my Wristband.com purchase. It's a medical alert band in case I'm ever incapacitated and can't communicate in an emergency. I have to wear it on the same side as my watch, and it works out beautifully. It's stylish and comfortable. The price was awesome as well. I'm really happy with my purchase. | ||
