| The design feature of the wristbands were difficult to use. once in the checkout it was very difficult to edit your order. also... there seems to be an issue with using the "Greater than" and the "Less than" sign in the design feature. | ||

| I ordered wristbands from this place at the end of May. It is almost the end of June and I have not received my order or a status update. I have paid, called and left messages and no return anything. I’m not sure why it what happened, but there is no communication or no person to speak with about this order. | We ordered 400 wristbands (at $300) a few months ago to promote our band. We give them out at shows. They looked great when we got them but at least 6 people have come back to us so far to show that the print had completely worn off the wristband. I submitted a complaint to the company and sent visual proof. They told me it was too late to process a claim and offered me a 10% store credit on next purchase. We will never use this company again for our marketing needs. Members of the band are still wearing wristbands from a different company we purchased from almost 2 years ago and the print is still on them! I hope this message reaches many people before they spend $300 on a worthless product. It's like giving out a business card that fades in 3 months. Disgusted. | ||
