| The team at PDC have always been very helpful whenever we have made purchases through them. We would be one of their smaller customers only ordering a few badges for students each year however the team remember us and ensure our needs are met. Last year we had an issue with one of the products ordered (due to a misunderstanding of the material we were requesting a badge to be made of), the level and speed of service to understand our problem and fix the issue was excellent. We received the replacement product very fast and in time for when we needed to hand out the badges in school. | ||
